On Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 7:00 PM, the Niccolini Theater in Florence hosted the concert of the Erasmus Orchestra, which returned to perform as part of the Festival of Europe – SOU4YOU 2023.

The event involved more than 50 Erasmus students from over 20 Italian conservatories and music institutes, conducted by Maestro Elio Orciuolo, a professor at the “N. Rota” Conservatory of Monopoli, to perform some famous classical music pieces by the most important European composers, from Mozart to Verdi.

The event was organized by the Erasmus+ INDIRE National Agency, in collaboration with the “L. Cherubini” Conservatory of Music in Florence.

Among other initiatives organized by the Erasmus+ INDIRE Agency for the Festival of Europe – SOU4YOU 2023, from May 5 to 9, there was the “Erasmus+ Space” in Piazza della Repubblica, a real hub aimed at providing information and guidance on the Program, with many initiatives, meetings, and performances by beneficiaries and more, open to the entire community (click here for more information and the detailed program).
