The TCA-Training Cooperation Activities Civic participation and EU values. Make Europe shine!, was organized by SEPIE, the Spanish national Erasmus+ Agency, together with the INDIRE Italian national Agency, and was held in Seville, Spain, from 3 to 5 October 2024. Three days of work, discussion, reflections, networking on Civic engagement and European values.

The TCA in Seville saw the active participation of 150 people from over 20 European countries such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France , Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Turkey. The participants were representatives of the School Education, Higher Education and Adult Education sectors

The event, one of the TCA-Training Cooperation Activities (Training cooperation between national agencies of the Erasmus+ Programme), was included within the European long-term activity (LTA-Long Term Activity) PEACE, coordinated by the INDIRE Agency.

The first two days, 3 and 4 April 2024, the conference was held at the Silken Al-Andalus Palace conference center in Seville. On the afternoon of April 4th, the group of participants then took part in the opening ceremony of the Erasmus Generation Meeting 2024, organized by ESN-Erasmus Student Network, inside the Fibes city conference centre. The event culminated in a concert by the Erasmus Orchestra which, with an alternation of successes by Mozart, Puccini, Mascagni, Rossini and Bizet, celebrated unity in diversity, through music. 

On April 5 the participants of TCA took part of Erasmus goes to town! initiative in Seville, with schools of all levels that hosted the international delegations to share stories and experiences with pupils, teachers, educators and students.
