Un sondaggio rivolto ai giovani cittadini europei per comprendere il loro reale interesse sulle questioni dell’Europa. Ma soprattutto, un questionario per conoscere a fondo le loro necessità e proporle con fermezza per l’agenda politica europea.
Con questo obiettivo, l’Agenzia nazionale Erasmus+ INDIRE, nell’ambito del progetto PEACE, acronimo di Participation Erasmus Alumni for Civic Engagement, lancia un’importante ricerca internazionale attraverso il questionario You(th) and the 2024 European elections, in vista delle prossime elezioni per il rinnovo del Parlamento europeo, in programma dal 6 al 9 giugno 2024.
Il breve sondaggio, che richiede solo 8-10 minuti di tempo, è rivolto ai giovani europei dai 16 ai 35 anni di età per comprendere il loro punto di vista, e resterà disponibile fino al 10 giugno 2024. La partecipazione è su base volontaria e completamente anonima. Tra i temi chiave del questionario le questioni giovanili, come i problemi abitativi dei ragazzi europei, la disoccupazione e la precarietà nel mercato del lavoro, oltre all’aumento del costo della vita, ma anche quello che i giovani pensano sulle elezioni europee e sull’Unione europea.
Il questionario, in lingua inglese, è stato sviluppato da Paul Blokker, professore di Sociologia Politica presso Alma Mater Studiorum, Università degli studi di Bologna, insieme a un gruppo di ricercatori.
I risultati del survey faranno parte del prossimo report dedicato alla Partecipazione civica dei giovani, pubblicato all’interno del progetto PEACE.
PEACE è una attività di cooperazione a lungo termine (LTA) dedicata alla Partecipazione civica (priorità trasversale del Programma) che promuove l’impegno civico e la partecipazione alla vita democratica dei giovani in Europa, e più in generale dei partecipanti al Programma Erasmus+.
PEACE è un progetto coordinato dall’Agenzia Erasmus+ INDIRE e realizzato in cooperazione con le Agenzie nazionali di 11 paesi, ovvero Francia, Spagna, Lussemburgo, Germania, Belgio, Romania, Portogallo, Svezia, Lettonia, Irlanda e Repubblica Ceca.

You(th) and the 2024 European elections: a survey to deeply understand the issues of young Europeans
A survey for young European citizens to understand their real interest in European issues and to get to know their needs in depth with the idea that they might become part of the European political agenda.
With this objective, the Erasmus+ national agency INDIRE, within the PEACE project, acronym for Participation Erasmus Alumni for Civic Engagement, launches an important international research through the questionnaire You(th) and the 2024 European elections, in the occasion of the next elections for the European Parliament, scheduled from 6 to 9 June, 2024.
The short survey addresses young Europeans aged 16 to 35 years old to understand their point of view. Participation is voluntary and completely anonymous and will take only 8-10 minutes. It will remain available until 10 June 2024.
The key points of the questionnaire are youth issues, such as problems with housing, youth unemployment and precarity on the job market, as well as the rising costs of living. In general, the survey also wants to understand what young people think about the European elections and the European Union.
The questionnaire, in English, was developed by Paul Blokker, professor of Political Sociology at Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, together with a pool of researchers.
The results of the survey will be part of the next report dedicated to the civic participation of young people, published within the PEACE project.
